BINATBATAN FESTIVAL OF ARTS: A tapestry of culture and arts woven by a Miracle

     



    The Viva Vigan Festival of Arts is celebrated the first week of the month of May. It was started in 1993 by the Save Vigan Ancestral Homes Association, Inc. (SVAHAI) to promote awareness of the value of the historic town, which was hoped to strengthen the resolve to preserve and protect this heritage site. For the past sixteen years, the festival of arts has been successful in drumming up attention for Vigan's ancestral houses. With the help of national and local agencies and media, arts and non-governmental supporters, the festival has also succeeded in promoting other aspects of Vigan. 


    Although, because of the pandemic, the latest festival held was inevitably different. A lot of activities held were according to the situation. 


    But the pandemic didn't stop the Ilocanos to celebrate their festivities. With proper safety precautions, the festival happened safely this year.

       This grading is so remarkable for me. So many hardships I've had encountered in making my tasks.     Although, two months of the journey of the third-quarter period, many concepts were taught to us, such as the HTML Links, wherein we can link HTML files and link photos, and create our own web design.      I will continue to make HTML for my own web design.
